Infil Question for thid

I know, maybe best in BG forum but I wanted the benefit of advice from really experienced infils.

I am currently specced 21CS, 19 Stealth, 18 env, 15 slash 5 DW (all +5 ofc) and I am autotraining a replacement.

Now my question is, what do you figure is the better of these 2 specs for pure damage dealing/stealther hunting? :-

a) 21 CS, 19 Stealth, 17 env, 18 slash, 1DW or:
b) 21 CS, 19 Stealth, 20 env, 14 slash, 4 DW ?

I only use the lvl 20/22 dots/debuffs atm so 18 env is a waste for me. So do I lower it by 1 & increase slash to 18 - or - lose 1 slash from my current spec but increase env to 20 to use the lvl 25 dot?

Any feelings which would be better?

At thid lvl, WS means close to bubkis..get higher env Imo. your dmg variance will be all over the place anywho. the L25 dot is wicked in thid
