Infected Spyware, stfu pls

I've got rid of all the spyware and crap on it, and it pops up every 3min, so DAMN annoying. any idea wtf to do?

Have you run virus scans aswell?

Some things are not picked up by the spyware programs because they are considered partly virus too.

Secondly, have you tried clicking the link to get rid of the pop-up?

Furthermore, when does it appear?

Not virus scanned, will do. This isn't my PC and running LimeWire and MSN etc with 256mb of ram is shit.

It comes up whenever it wants.

Ye it brings up SpyFalcon, i uninstalled it and it installs iself without my consent. bollox, so annoying

Only annoying bit about hitman pro is that it needs to be up front most of the time because it is actually a frontend for 4 programs scanning your system and it controls those programs, so run it at night orso or at dinnertime when you ain't using your pc

Speed wise its not bad. Customer survices wise... well they all f***** off to India. The aol program takes about 200meg of ram with it, but now the memory leaks within it have been fixed... for everybody using xp pro

just to say using my 1 meg line its getting speed of a 512k... dunno why though, only this evenning

edit: just ran Adaware, aol spyware hitman pro and the ms one.... they all found fk all apart from eachother

Spybot is le sux, it hasn't found a single thing and that other shitty programme picked up 186, I'm no genius so they might be searching for 2 differnt things. All programmes updated. That hitman pro rox.

It was found by adaware as a program file...imo all these programs have spyware in them, its just letting them spot each others to make you feel better

hehehe... You don't open those programs. There's no need to. Just run Hitman, configure it to your likings and it'll run those 4 programs for you (and yes, again you'll see your mouse moving etc etc... all part of the deal)

OH and btw!

make shure you have some sort of Firewall and/or Worm protection, and that it/they are up to date.

Personally i sit behing my own NAT FW/router, run Norton AV 2006 and MS antispyware.
Both work like a charm, and have gotten a few warnings when visiting certain webpages. so they works.

None give me any hassle, just turn off scheduled events and they will never give you any trouble.

using these programs give you protection agains microsoft shortcomings in some degree. or alteast give MS time to correct their security flaws.

If you sit on a xDSL conn, without a NAT router, it might be a good idea to get a fairly solid FW program. Many free software´s out there work just fine. But me myself like the idea of having ppl working keeping custom rulesets to stop known attacks and OS flaws, and i just having to push the update" button once in a while.

i've done some googling on forums and such and found some pretty good links about this, i've had it myself and i know how it feels to have it.

the trojans name is spyaxe, it's an trojan that goes through an lupehole in antivirus/adaware and onto your computer.

You might also check the task manager to see whats running - spyware programs usually tend to have names that jump out as being bad

Also, some investigations into your msgconfig stuff to see what boots up is always good too
