Incorrect login or password! plz help

Yesterday i re-opened my account after about a year of inactivity, paid my pubs for a month etc, went all fine. I tried to log into the game, and the message "incorrect login or password" appeared everytime. I went to the subs page on camelot-europe.com, changed my game password and still the problem occured. I started reading this forum, and some people were saying it wasn't working as the invoice had to be produced. Checking it now, the invoice has been cleared, but i still can't log into my account. Can anyone help me out?

check the username you are using for game login, it is not necessarily the same as your subs username.

There is a short delay (about 30-60 minutes) between paying your subs and being able to log in as the game database synchronises every few minutes with the subs database.

Hmm, still getting the same message, it's almost been a day since i paid my subs! Rightnow replied to me, saying "as you have a new password, we consider this problem to be fixed"...helpful eh. Any other ideas? Cheers

A while ago (not sure how long ago) GoA changed the password of EVERYONES account due to security reasons. New passys were send to ya email that you signed up with. Maybe this is the prob?

Hmm, well if this were the case, i'd of received the mail, as my addy hasn't changed for a while. My subs password works, obviously-as i've paid for a month, and i've got another new password, which again doesn't work.

PM me the name of one of the characters on your account with the server he's on and I'll look into it.

I know this is a tad mental, but have you perhaps tried re installin the game from when you last played? or if it was allready on drive, mebbie un install it and re try? also it might be worth typing ya user name etc but perhaps try a space at the end as sometimes this catches folk out when first choosin a user name, well it didnt for me, prolly never has anyone, but hey, its late and stuff good luck
