ugh yeah, the mid zerg yesterday was nasty

someone in cg said 2fg mids at amg (emain ofc). when we came we discovered there were 4-5fgs.

Yep, Sub. Your mid zerg met our alb zerg in Crim Valley last night in a truly epic battle (read: lag almost made it unplayable). Was actually quite fun, since I was darting in and out of the fray dropping DoTs on unsuspecting trolls and didn't get killed even once.

EDIT: OMG ding "Talks too much!" Woot! I never noticed until now!

Grouping with 15 none-english-speaking Spannish ppl in Sheeroe for 16 hours a day.

Emain with 1-2fg fellow Hibs, only to run into 80+ Albs heading to abuse the CS in Crim..
Or being hunted down by Nolby, Red Gaurd and thier vast fanclub of Mids (approx 3/4 of the Mid realm)

We've been here before, about five months ago, the last time alb and mid populations peaked and drove the hibs out of rvr altogether. These things cycle. When the invader zergs die down to the point where there is actually some fun to be had, the hibs will come back.

I think there is some confusion on what constitutes a zerg...

2fgs no....
3/4fgs maybe...
15fgs yes

Now, I rarely post here...but this week I've been getting rather fed up of the zerg in hib. I don't care of you guys say this is a whine post but I do agree with you Xan. This week, we responded to emain because at least 123 albs were at crim. Now that to me is 15fgs ...and noone can deny the numbers because we get the guard messages when they're killed.

This 'zerg' has now been in hib each night since Sunday...now an alliance working together is tactics I agree...but to resort to over 100 albs every single night is a mindless zerg. There are no tactics in those numbers.

To make matters worse...we've been getting 3/4 fgs mids joining in (and no doubt getting wiped themselves). Now this is not only putting people off even bothering to come to emain...but it is forcing more and more people to go to mid/alb frontiers to look for a fairer fight, not only for numbers but for the dreaded lag which kills us quicker than anything.

Now does this zerging really prove anyone to be a superior realm? To me it only shows yet again that all albs can do is zerg. Hibs muster up zergs now and again sure - what maybe 4fgs ? 5fgs? After this week, how any Alb can whine about mid or hib zerging is beyond me....

Hmm, I don't see how using the corpse summoner is abuse. I mean, it's not as if we're not going to grab your relic at 05.00 am this morn-- OOPS!

And, no, Stormrider (btw, just waved to you outside Crim), Albs not only care about RPs, our last relic raid was not even a week ago.
