In which resolution do YOU play?

1280x1024 because its my monitors native resolution

A question for the people who play in Windowed mode. As someone who doesn't play in this mode what benefits do you get from playing like that over full screen?

The only real benifit is being able to toggle to other apps such as vent or msn with a lot less lag, however mythic say you get better performance in daoc when using fullscreen mode

What about less lag when running 2 clients? I never tried it, but guess it could be worth a shot to se if i lag less when duellogging in window mode?

Basicly, just the native resolutions. Except for when dual logging. Think that goes for most people, if their pc can handle it.

Bah, I voted for 1280 * 1024 but I meant 1152 * 864.

I think the screen and QBs etc become to small with anything above 1152 * 864

totally agree, use the same
same goes for desktop on 19" aswell, so am running in windowed for better alt+tab

I got SyncMaster 1100p Plus 21" 'old' Samsung monitor and running DAoC with 1600 * 1200 resos.

Got sometimes little Frame problem, as my computer is getting old by the time and the components, but normally runs with no problems. I like more play with higher resolations because of the free space you see. QB's, group windows and other UI stuff eats so much space if on lower resolatio or the chat window has to be so small can't read nothing there

As a Warrior it's good to see what damage you have done. I mean when I change 1-hander to 2-hander it gives PRETTY much info there and the damage goes out of sight, so the huge window is great. Well, don't know can the weapon change texts change off somehow (I mean the resists, hitpoints losses / and the resists what comes by the other weapon) but this is my solution on the problem.
