as to NZ, I found the country to be very beautiful -especially the South Island. The people are laid back and friendly, and so are the prices of goods (especially when one is used to holland's prices, ie in NZ petrol and meat mostly, and other goods generally are stupidly cheap). the backpackers, while lacking the extreme culture of say, Australia, are pretty fun and the resulting combination makes pubbing and clubbing very enjoyable. ahem. once I have my notes in order I'll post a link to them. and my pics naturally, to give you a general idea of the country.
