Games In need of a PC Desktop!

Yes yes i'm looking into getting back into the games and stuff. I've been looking at Dell but i'm not really fussed to be fair. It's more of a case that i've been so out of the loop and not really into computers I have absolutely no idea what's the best or what to look for!

I'm looking for good performance but also looking for it to be pretty cheap... because i'm skint

I'm sorry if i've asked a really newbie question but couldn't think of anywhere better to come and ask for advice! (jesus did I genuinly just say that?!!?)
