I've read the suggestions put forward for a memorial of some kind and, while I am deeply sympathetic to the family and friends of Wicardonn, I'm afraid that we can't do things like that.
Partly it's because we are limited in the changes we can make to the game and partly it's because Dark Age of Camelot is a game and things that happen in it should relate to the game world and not to real life.
I appreciate that this may sound harsh and I apologise for that but really there's no other way to say it. If we made such a gesture for Wicardonn, we'd be bound to do the same thing in every similar circumstance and there's plenty of examples of players (in other games) faking things like this just to get some kind of ingame 'fame'. It sounds crazy I know but there really are people like that out there.
I am very sorry for the loss of such a popular player, friend to many and brother to some, and all of us here at Goa extend our deepest sympathies to his family at this difficult time. It is my view that the best way to remember him is to cherish the good times you had in game and remember amongst yourselves the stories you shared with him.
