I would really appreciate if you guys could help me out with the translation of some dishes. It has to be translated into perfect English. (Mod may move this thread if inappropiate section)

Both västerbottenost and prästost are two types of typical swedish cheeses, there's no translation for them and I don't know of any equivalent.

Not entirely sure about trumpetsvamp, it's a sort of chantarelle but I'm not sure what the exact term is.
