Im due my phone upgrade in a couple of days but thought i would chance my luck on my old iphone, see if i could get it swapped for a new one as it was damaged.

I have honestly never been faced with such good customer service ever. I was even 3 months past my warranty but overidden it so i got a brand new iphone

I do not like the fact you have to drop stuff off in the shop but they are very helpful i took 5 in for repair at one point and they guy got me lunch while i waited sat watching a film with one of them while another sorted my problem
