And tomato shouldn't really be a breakfast material at all. It's clearly a major-meal component...

The correct breakfast is clearly two rashers of smoked bacon, two Cumberland sausages, two fried eggs, one fried tomato, a handful of fried mushrooms, half a tin of beans, two rounds of buttered toast, a cup of tea and a glass of orange juice.

Correct. But as that will actually kill me and/or render me a shut-in who has to be hacked out the house and taken to hospital on a low-loader, some kind of oaty breakfast or granola if I'm feeling decadent is the only way to go

Weetabix and Shredded Wheat are both aids-ridden relics of a time when the British had their taste buds removed at birth (the 70s) and should only be used as building materials.

SW is awesome, rice crispies are only lush when made with chocolate milk. fruit muesli when I am having a meh day, a raw steak, blended to a smoothie with a kilo of tuna and 27 raw eggs when I'm going my porn star thing, and otherwise some toast with or without cheese does it for me. And espresso. Lots of espresso.
