Embattle well thats what it said,maybe i done something wrong i'll try it again later.I did it with the agp at x2 also,and got a score of 4930 which is not much diference is it?

hmm, that kind of variance is more likely to be down to the innacuracies of the test than anything else, +-100marks is pretty acceptable...

i would have thought so too Xavier,which is what im on about in the other thread saying that ,as the bios is saying 4x all the time anyway,its more likely a driver thing than anything else.
Tbh i'm reasonably content with it all atm,a new mobo/processor is probably not too far away,depends if I can be bothered with all the aggro
