Thanks for the kind words everyone, it truly was an amazing experience. My wife went through alot of pain before we got to the business end of things. However once it started happening it was over fairly fast. It is very weird standing looking at your wife and watching a person be pushed out from inside.

I guess I feel like most fathers do when they have a new born. The sun was that little bit brighter today, the birds singing alittle bit louder it really has been a perfect day. In all honesty my heart goes out to my wife, she has had it tough and with her breast feeding it will be a very tiring time for her over the next few days/weeks until the baby gets settled in to a regular feeding pattern.

Just looking forward to helping her out every chance I get and making the most of the new life ahead of me.
