Frequently Asked Questions About Nuclear Energy and linked from it Facts from Cohen and others. The latter guy estimates there's enough Uranium, if extracts from sea water are included, to last 5 billion years, although it is pointed out that he neglected to take the half life into account which would half the amount (duh).
In short, yeah, oodles of Uranium, assuming we don't otherwise get into a situation due to politics where we don't have the means to extract and enrich it. Plutonium and Thorium are mentioned as other fuels, although we almost exclusively use Uranium for nuclear reactors currently.
