Btw, Arctic or Antarctic areas are best, having no body heat, zombies would become very sluggish then freeze in these areas.

im guessing if the zombies have been dead for a long time some calcium has probably leaked from the bones making them a bit more brittle.

how would you get enough supplies though? assuming mum has not long ago been to tesco for the weekly shop, you could survive a while just barricading your self in doors. when you run out of food, get into the loft and tunnel through into next door and get rid of the neighbours. barricade and repeat. unless your a snob and live in a detached house, then youre fucked. serves you right for splashing out money and not thinking about when the zombies come.

I live in an apartment that is, with slight modifications, a underground bunker

All i need is metalplates, supplies from nearby store and...hmm...maybe guns. Not absolute though.

More i'd need to find a HAM/LA radio.

Oh and a generator ofcourse for the computer and fridge.

is going underground the best option though? staying above ground means you still get sunlight and if vitamin supplys are running short the sunlight will be a big help.
