As above, GOA are owned by and answerable to Wanadoo who run a host of online game services and servers, alot of letters by subscribers will hopfully catch their eye and get them to poke GOA and make them step up their act.

GOA only really do DAOC and so their reputation isnt so much of a problem for them, Wanadoo on the other hand compete with other companys for server rights and such and so might be more willing to listen to our greivences.

GoA are actually more than just DAoC ;p

They also run an online games store, along with a tonne of servers for games like Q3, UT, CS etc.
