It seems to me that the new item or ability you get when you level comes from the person you are fighting. For example when I first leveled I got a stick that the person I was fighting had. Then I got a knife when I leveled again, which the person I was fighting had. And now I have got the chicken drumstick that the person I was fighting also had. Has anyone else noticed this or anything similar? It could have just been luck.
