well first chronicz i never been arrogant and i never will be. but hey lets face it every raid u come to u do nothing beside whining and moaning and say u can do it better, however once we try with u in the grp u manage to fook it up, btw we did ml7 grp step with a warden in ur place not healer spec. if u dont wanna come fine no1 will force u, tho it is a opportunity to come win Jacine sash n get credit.
