If I have CE registered to my account, can I then insert SE codes?

I purchased the CE from HMV originally, but now ordered the SE from Play.

Am I (or when it becomes possible) be able to enter my SE codes and play the same account?

Wasnt sure if Id have to recreate

There was a post confirming you would be able to do this some time last week. However, there was also a post saying all servers would be open for headstart and that has now changed so it's hard to be certain of anything

Is it even possible to register CE headstart codes? the validation page still says its for beta codes at the moment.
