I don't mind if someone has a different opinion to me. If we all thought the same it'd be pretty crap.
However Tohtori I have noticed you almost never agree with a majority of people's opinions. Ok, so maybe you see things different to most people, that's also fine.

However

I feel like you disagree on purpose, just so you can see people reactions, like it's a game of "how can I disagree, then wind the person up" - or as Dukat said, "wave a red flag to a bull".

I see so many posts where it's you quoting 5+ people on a discussion. Normally it's Chronictank who *dare i say* relishes the challenge against you.

I realise I've just done all what I've accused you of, but I never said I was perfect.

1)he agrees with me a lot of the time, or says he does.

If you read what I've posted in this thread, 2: you'll see that I actually agree with you that whine is annoying. I've never really entered the whole "whine vs dont whine" debate in any great level in this thread.

What I've been posting about is the way you seem to have - 3: yet again - entered the thread with what looks like the desire for an argument, or something along those lines.

4: I've called you on the whole controversy issue because - just like you - I find the whole thing very tiresome. I'd rather we can get this out in the open, find out what the problem is, and solve it, rather than going round in circles with every thread ending up a carbon copy of the previous one.

5: How many people have "brought the same sh*t" so far Toh? How many are going to have to "bring it" until you realise that perhaps there is just an ounce of truth in there somewhere?

6: I remember once, not long ago, when I used to flaim about the whole middle-east thing, me and Tierk and sometimes a couple of others would have big rows quite regularly at one point. I rarely budged from my opinions and they rarely budged from thiers, the threads seemed to be never ending and it really did bring the forum down a bit.

7: What stopped me was that at one point, someone completely unrelated to the argument, but someone who I knew of and kinda half respected in a way, jumped in and told me they thought I was talking shit.

8: When enough people do that, you sit back, look at whats going on, and wonder - just maybe - that what everyone is saying is true. Even if its not, there is almost always something you can learn from what someone else thinks of you, even if you flat disagree with it.

9: What makes this story relevent, and what frustrates me enough to make me type all of this crap out, is that you seem to be banging your head against the collective brick wall that is the OT section, repeatedly, and not listening a jot to anything anyone else is saying.

10: It kinda hurts to say this all of this Toh, you've always been someone on this forum I've respected, since before I joined even, but I'm only saying this because I want you to try and see what we're saying and learn something from it so that these ever-recurring threads can finally end.

This is a man i actually respect, even if we disagree on many things, he's atleast man enough to discuss the matter and not bring some cop-out into it.

Simply, you came to the thread to call me Mr Controversial, no matter how "nice" you put it, you're in the same f*cking camp. I didn't attack you, didn't even in that last post, but you've YET, STILL, to answer any my points.
