Im trying to write a short story about a war in a fantasy world, filled with characters from the excalibur community. I will try and make the story about daoc, but not still going quite serious about the "reality", if u can call it so in a fantasy world.
Anyways, i need some suggestions of players that could take on a role.
For example, Xanatea will be the norse king of Midgard, with a belief that he knows best, will conquer all countries with sheer force.
Therefore he gathers the armies of midgard and invade the albion kingdom.
The King is obviously dead and no successer (sp?) has been chosen, so the kingdom of albion is weakened both by the absence of a king and that a large part of its armies are currently in hiberna, crushing an invasion.
Where i need help is.
a) If you know a player that could fit into a role, try consider if his name is appropiate, i dont want 100% reality words like Olaf, Gunvor etc for midgard. But still i cant take names like Heheyougotboned or Mdrfckr
What i want is for ppl to recognize the name but still for it to fit in the story
Example: Hrae becomes Haeran
b) Roles.
Albion knight marshal, stationed to defend albion
Albion knight marshal, in hibernia
Albion Lord x4 ?
Albion Wizard, profient with fire magic.
Albion Theurghist, clerics, friars, minstrel, infiltrator, scout, mercenarys, armsman and a cabalist. maybe heretic + necro but i find those classes as bullshit for this story.
I have already decided some roles, this is:
Farek - leader of the paladin order.
Ruune (name suggestions?) Leader of the academy
Kagato (name suggestions?) Leader of the heavy cavalry division.
Hib King.
Hib generals.
basicly same as alb.
Mid army heroes.
(some of each kind?)
