idea : Guild vs Guild compo

Wouldn't it be nice if we could organise a Guild vs Guild competition where alb, mid , and hib guild fight eachother and stuff : so a controlled fight of by eg. 2FG vs 2FG or something.

And at the end the best of each realm will be known ;)

I've been thinking about this too.

On the EverQuest servers they used to have something called Best of the Best tournaments. There was 1vs1 (class vs class) battles and Guild versus Guild battles where a guild contended with one full group against all the other guilds on the server. Then the Best group from the server would fight the other Best groups from the other servers on the test-server. This was awesome stuff and I would LOVE to see something like this in DAoC :)

Thing is, there is SO much randomness in daoc that you honestly need like 10 fights to see whos best.


Duelled a 50savage a couple of times, some fights i won almost flawless, some fights he won etc etc etc.



edit: and you need 10fights to compensate for random active RA's, ip/bof/baod/sos/etc

1fg v 1fg fights are good fun. Strife went vs VGN and came out 1 - 1.. Have been talking to a couple other guilds about some duels recently, hopefully can get this to be a fairly common thing :)
