ICQ question

I didn't know which forum to post this in...

I've just installed ICQ on my box at work after working out how to get through our firewall. It connects but after a while disconnects with this message "Rate limit exceeded. Please try to reconnect in a few minutes".

Any idea what it's trying to tell me? (No silly answers please)

Don't know if this would help but:
You are using ICQ on a Network that causes ICQ to continuously log back in. Contact your Network Administrator and explain your problem.

Found it on Google - are you the network admin?:D
