ICQ contacts list

Hi all, I have just put ICQ on my other computer but is there an easier way to move all your contacts than writing the numbers down in notepad?? Is there a file I can save to a floppy or something?

Back up the 2000x directory and copy it over the top of the one created when you reinstall
