depends if u bow spec or mellee might wanna change helm for winged helm utils are awesome for a scout specially if u ml9 or above ... phase shift and speed off with helm util

Wow, do you really need 82 quickness?
You have a heavy overcap on Dexterity as well. Consider using the Mausekhmet Embossed Belt, it's really nice.

GSV + Mariasha's + Fools + This belt + GoLM = capped Archery stats and a whole lotta other nice bonusses. That's what I build my scout template around and it's pretty nice. I think I posted it on prydwen.co.uk forum somewhere.
