Ice Wizzie SC Template

Ok guys, I need some help with my lvl 50 Ice Wizzie sc template. I have 4 pieces of MP armor, can i max Ice/Earth and all stats/resists?

u dont need to cap all the stat

dex int con hp

will be kinda easy even more with 4 mp
