I'll trade it for my actual shirt that I actually wore to college.

No? :(

Ok, bumping this cos the shirt arrived yesterday in a display case and with a seal of authenticity. Its pretty damned cool! I will post pics when I can.
Thing is, I am beginning to wonder how much I could sell it for? And how best to go about it? Go ahead and flame me for wanting to sell such a cool bit of memorabilia, but its actually pretty big, we have nowhere to put it, and if it could get me a fair bit of dosh then its all going in the wedding/house buying fund!

I'll give you a fiver. To be honest that's more than it's worth, doubt you'll get a better deal. I'll pm you my address.

I'm not selling it for a fiver...I was hoping for more like a figure in the hundreds if you thinks its possible. I know that people can pay a lot for memorabilia....

I'd love to own something like that but hundreds unfortunately brings my head out of fan territory, i.e. while I'd love to own it, I'd rather go out and spend the money on having fun than stay in and look at a shirt :)

Would your shopkeep friend not give you a small fee for putting it on display? That way you could still own it, not leave it rotting somewhere, get a little something out of it and your shopkeep friend has something that might draw them some extra punters?
