Both of these drink do not play around. At almost 300 mg of caffeine, most people should probably start with just half a can so they don't end up wired as hell. I did learn one important lesson though from Cocaine: Cocaine should not be consumed if you work in an office environment. There is simply not enough stuff to keep you busy and 280 mg of caffeine will make you want to do a bunch of things and do them quickly. I would recommend this drink for outside of the workplace.

My wife once tripped out on over 800mg of caffeine in a day. We were watching "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" that night and she was hallucinating allsorts of strange things going on screen.

Too much caffeine just leaves you feeling crappy when you come down. I don't like the pit of the stomach feeling you get with too much caffeine.

That's bull, people didn't evolve to this state, technologically and as a species, to spend our time doing the same sh*t we did a couple of thousand years ago.

Anyway, yes, it will out perform and by some standard it might last longer(hypothetical), but there's no point.

Can kinda see your point on that one. Depends on your lifestyle. You shouldn't underestimate exercise and health, you do/would feel better for a lot longer than your 30min rush from a can of boost.

300mg of caffiene lasts alot longer than 30 mins, more like 2-3 hours and of course you crash afterwards, that is why I only use them occasionally.
