...I took some spare time and made a movie from some of the few leftover material I had lying compressed on my computer still.
It's footage from spring '06 with the usual people from Hibernia on the cluster.
This Movie does not contain:
The longest and best fights ever
Any losses - no remotely decent ones left
Me & the rest playing perfectly
Any ventrilo to go with the clips :[
Clips with long intro's - some start just as the fight does
Any keep fights or anything to do with sieging or similar
It does contain:
Clips vs 1 grp, and vs more/several in a row
Old clips from spring/summer 2006
Old players no longer playing cluster
Fights against the best groups of the time
Music we have heard in daoc movies before
Music we havn't heard in daoc movies before
Me forgetting to turn on end for like a third of a fight
Me dying... several times too :[
Decent and fair play by some of the best groups <3 raid!
'8v8 mentality', more than realm vs realm
DISCLAIMER:
This is not a set grp, it's a 'pug' the setup changes all the time of our group dependant on who can play when.
Our enemies are not set grps either, this is not recorded at the time of 'set' groups just after cluster but later.
The music doesn't really fit the clips that well, I know, but I cba to find music that fits well and also most clips are between 2 and 3 minutes long whereas most music is longer...It doesn't really fit!
Oh, and yes I lag a bit in some of the clips :|
And yes there's spelling errors, and even missing a bit from the first clip, but please, don't shoot me :[
Oh and most importantly, bugged demoralization when playing a mercenary just isn't fun, right Arid? xD
Oh... and the link... It's filefront so just set it to download some time when you're not doing anything specific for 2 hours
