I believe Myste was Body specced, at least she was when I was still in Albion and in her guild

This is precisely what is wrong with the realm these days! If it wasn't for the sad fact that only around 20% (in my honest opinion) of Albion players actually played the game it was meant to be played, ala Realm versus Realm, instead of wandering off from their realm mates and doing their own thing, then we might actually stand a chance as a realm. As it is, Albion's going rapidly down the plughole.

Ok, this is a RPG game, you suppost to feel like you are the character, that's why I wan't an rpg server like on the US for some reason they lived for longest time, compared to other servers that are falling apart. That's why leveling to 50 and going RvR could be fun, but not the concept of this game...or last I don't think so. But do what you think is fun, nothing else realy matters but sometimes people advice others to make a class that you can level fast on cause no one bothers to get "stuck" that sucks.

Well Roalith its supposed to be REALM vs REALM but it doesn't really work that way, whats the point picking a char that will help the realm if YOU don't enjoy it! I got the game for"ME" not for anyone else, been plenty of times ive needed help or a rez and peeps from "MY REALM" have been inches away and done fuck all!! So you can stick your "play for the realm" attitude up your arse!

Ill grp with peeps, rez people or that, but Ill never be a fool that runs around taking keeps all day and doing things that will only bore the shit out of me.

Thats where i stand, if noone likes it i do belive they can kiss my black ass!

Did you ever play UO in a faction? That was team based, but most peeps just went about in a small grp most times or i went about myself, only every so often we would go take sigils. Everyone wants to be the best, i had my fair amount of kill points and got to all the best titles there was.

What im saying is, that it may be an online game and it might say "team based" but i only watchout for myself of friends and guildies mostly, ive been fucked over by my own realm a few times putting a sour taste in my mouth, so if they want to play like that then so will i, but atleast i am willing to go out my way to rez people all the time, unlike alot of peeps and guilds i know. Only guilds i know will go out there way to rez ya in Templars, The 30, Lost Souls, LoE and maybe one or two others, but alot i know wouldn't care at all and just walk over you, or will stand and let ya get face fucked by a grp of mids.

I never said pick a character you won't enjoy just because it helps the realm. Not at any point did I say that. As long as a given person plays their character to the best of their ability, in aid of the realm they chose to join - and don't just pick a class cos they're uber and have an 'I win' button (a nod to a large proportion of the thousands of assassins and their stealth buttons, and various insta-mezz/stunners), I'm sure a lot of the older players who have quit recently would still be interested, and playing, because they were able to do what they enjoyed. Which is: playing the game as a community, instead of losing heart over the selfish shit-fer-brains we've seen a dramatic increase of recently on Prydwen.

I actually laughed out loud when I read the ajoining paragraph to this sentance. So basically, what you're saying is that you play the game selfishly, because as far as you're concerned other people play it selfishly? Just because someone else 'does it' in your eyes doesn't mean you have to do it too, no matter what mass-media culture may tell you.
Maybe if more people actually thought about the purpose of the game (Yes, that's right: Realm versus Realm - which realm is the best?) rather than their own arses (OMG I ROCK I'VE GOT 99,999,999 MORE RP THAN xxxxxx), then perhaps people would actually be playing an MMORPG instead of UT or CS with swords and spells.

Because of the selflessness of others, taking or retaking keeps. Why do we have the few relics we do have left?
Yes, that's right, because people take keeps and organise themselves into a cohesive fighting force. A community, if you will, instead of just a mob of selfish individuals who all want to do their own thing. It's a community game. Hell, it's a massively multiplayer online game. That should say it all to anyone.

On an aside note, you can actually find a lot of enjoyment in taking keeps, and defending them. Maybe if you actually bothered getting involved in inter-realm conflict on the larger scale, instead of following the zerg (or as I prefer to think of them, the flock) in Emain, or wherever they may be at any given time, you'd know that by now.

Thats where i stand, if noone likes it i do belive they can kiss my black ass!
