I try to open the Voice Setup program but every time I do I get an error box saying:

"Can't create waveIn device (16-bit signed mono at 8k)"

What does this mean and what can I do to resolve it?

Do u have a PCI sound card thats full duplex?

I have a SoundBlaster 16 card, I believe that's full duplex?
