SBs won´t be running around "1-shotting" ppl after 1.82.
Any of you who thinks that and leveling a SB to be fotm are in for a big suprise when the other realms stealthers eat you alive because you think you can just walk out and "pwn".
/me wishes those changes never came so I still could be just 1 of few instead of part of the fotm trend
Ive played my SB through thick and thin, with sbs pretty much being bottom of the food chain most of the time assasin wise and as i dinged 50 about 2 weeks after the infamous 1.52 Left Axe Nerf i never really had any benefit from that.
tbh im happy SBs get somekind of love altough I would prefer LA mechanics are fixed (to be on par with CD/DW short-term wise not balanced over 1k swings lol) and armour resists are balanced/sbs get crush line spec rather than remedy/bludgeon.
@rr 8 50cs/50sword 2h pa's were netting me roughly 1200 base + crit on top dmg so who knows what the new 2h pa dmg will be like? but will be fun finding out
Unless you are very dedicated to your SB dont bother rolling one imho fotm or not, they take VERY good/expensive templates just to be on an equal playing field with your counterparts and bludgeon/new 2h dmg aside you wont be pwning out of the box hehe
they r not totally equal. There is a percentage that they will end up equal on a fight ... a percentage that LA will be better (the less chances r these) and a percentage that LA will be worse (better chances for that). All that in actual fighting conditions and not letting 2 dolls hitting each other unstyled for 3 hours...
And agreeing with Thornea .. i think these benefits will really give an edge to sbs already forged in the battlefield but wont be as nearly fotm as warlocks/banshees were when they came live, especially for the new rollers ... (i mean ..come on .. u could kill a caster PAing him even now ... imagine the brittle nerf inc..and u will see u dont really need the 2h PA boost)
