Can anyone help.

Ive just got back on line after being off for 4 months to find all the passwords have changed.

To make matters worse i cant get my old e-mail address back

Has anyone got an idea what i do now ?.

Probably best that you email subscription@goa.com and explain what has happened giving them as much information as possible including your account name (if you can remember it), and CD key(s)
