A bluetooth dongle/adapter built into my laptop. It's probably still there but i formatted recently and lost it.

I aint sure on the name of the device so i can install any drivers for it. Any idea what programme i could use?

Maybe everest w/e or something along those lines?

Have you tried looking up the model specs on the manufacturer website.

The only application i know that can help you with something like this is a little tool called a screwdriver. I think you can get them from b & q.

Yes i have. First thing i done.

I've got warranty on it, if i took it to bits then that goes out the window.

Try taking it to a PC shop just so someone "qualified" can take a look, that usually is covered in your warrenty - or at least it was when I worked at Time (but they did go bust... )

take it back to shop shouting about how bluetooth doesn't work anymore.

Yeah probably my best bet.

Got some pictures of college work on my phone. Thought i had bluetooth on my laptop so i could stick the pics onto a usb pen drive and print them and shit at college. but no. :(
