No it's not 90% absorb, but in my experience you don't need 90% anyway. Moc + lifetap gives you HP back at an insane rate anyway. With PD, you always have that extra edge.

Hmmmm interesting question. Most people don't add dex into their templates as there is enough usually on items to bring it up to what people call the magic number of 300.
You don't get much return above that number apparently even in the evade stakes, when you have high dex and high qui, it's a matter of a few %. So most SB's tend to try for 300.
I know that I like my little kobbie with his 350dex 260qui (even tho 250 is cap), I just think every little helps, and I do evade quite a bit, but people who run around with around 300 dex and even slightly under 250qui have said that they don't notice the difference.

The most important stat I think is strength and toughness, and keeping it as high as possible (without gimping yourself too much) and purge3.

In the end, most fights are down to whether you have AF up, SoM up and poisonspike :> (and battler2/malice2 in reserve in case you get 3+ on you :> )
