Janeway from Future takes technology to Janeway of past (23 yr gap).
Technology is Borg resistant.
They use Borg Transwarp Conduit (TM) owned by Borg to get home whilst leaving Janeway Future behind to infect Borg Queen (and others) with some sort of macro-virus (remember kids, never open Excel files sent over email with macros on!).
Side plots:
Chakotay starts dating Seven and they have sex in a hottub.
Neelix admits that he is gay and is seen hanging round men's holotoilets(TM)
Tom and Belana Torres have the child and it turns out to be half Klingon and half Vulcan!! Tom beats shit out of Tuvok.
Kez comes back and is now really really fat after letting herself go a bit when she was dropped from the program.
They all get home and............it stoppoed abruptly.
