I already looked into the possibility of that when I took up this gaming "alias", I was reliably informed that Miles is a common Christian name, and the company behind Miles Sound System would have a hard time issuing writs to everyone in the world that uses that name even if they had Johnny Cochran as their legal counsel.

Wheras the folk behind Bink Video would have a very valid legal standpoint, but as I spelt it differently any law suit attempts would do as much good as a one legged man in an ass kicking contest
