I have a qeustion

I know that 10% +Casting speed is max but i have 10%+casting speed and mastery of the art 3, my qeustion is can they stack or is mastery of the art useless when you have alrdy +10% casting speed ?

It should stack - if it doesnt its a bug and you can expect a speedy fix within 12 months...

Youll get a free realm respec once we get frontiers anyway so you cant mess up too badly...

afaik it gets dumped (if i remember rightly)

but yes for now they do stack
