Reasons :

Can't sleep, can't move without illustrating that I am a human sponge.
Falling in love with supermarkets with air conditioning.
Having to stay inside to stay out of the sun.
Skin cancer.
Feeling grumpy all day.
Not being able to think straight.
Heatwaves ><
Lack of rain.
People assuming I am a depressive grumpy git because I actually don't think like them in being a beach whale etc and loving it.
Lack of women wearing sexy tights :(
Fake tanned blondes with dyed blonde hair. Can't quite figure this one out as I have two assumptions on that for the summer season.
Overcrowded pubs.
Having to wear shades when imo shades are a cool piece of item that gives the desired effect instead of wearing them just to protect my sight.
Lack of cool weather.
Insane temperatures - 17C and below is about right for me.
Tanned skin, er the drug melanin does the trick if you really wanna hang out with your homies, and there are sunbeds 24/7/365/1 for those vain people that can't bear to be looking as though they are from the northern hemisphere. (Although I am sure most black people don't actually want to be white)
it goes on....

Have your own say..... :)

Well said. Agree with almost everything there.

One more:

Been having throat pains a few days now and constantly having to expose myself to the sun does not help the slightest.

I'd say that having the flu in summer is just bad, bad, bad :( I had that twice, wasn't nice :(

Go back to your pit, drawn the curtains, and carry on playing computer games.

British people piss me off. I love the heat. It is still not warm enough tbh. Where I tend to go in August it's 40*c minimum between 11 and 4. At night it's about 23*c

I used to hate it until i started camping with mates. Being under the sun from sun up to sun down with nothing but a few warm beers out the cool box and a joint or two changes things :)

Apart from the humidity I love it now, could do with a nice storm to clear the air then back on the dry heat.

Beer is always welcome.

At least for me, in winter etc (bar summer) I get the choice of wether or not I want to be warm or cold. Summer = no choice. This house I live in is prolly the worst one for summer, no air flow ><

I hate hot weather.

210 miles in a van without aircon.
The sensation of clothes sticking to my skin.
The horrible feeling of high humidity.
Feeling washed out by the temperature.
Suffering "Isn't it lovely" constantly when I think it's the total opposite.
Not being able to get comfortable enough to sleep at night.

I am a sour grouch right now.

If you're cold in cold weather, you can always turn on a heater and warm up.
It's MUCH harder to cool down in hot weather.

Never understood the obsession with heat. Sunny is nice, bright, colourful and pretty. That + ludicrous heat = fail.

I always preferred winter though for the simple reason - it's easier to get warm in cold weather than cool in hot weather.

i found my van much nicer once i rolled both windows down to get a nice airflow through

Oh how i grumbled the first time i discovered that little gem, got all the way to my destination then realised if i put the other window down i would get a better breeze

Worst thread ever, summer is amazing. Longer days, outside parties, girls wearing a lot less. There's nothing not to like!

Trouble sleeping? I suggest purchasing one of these

Love summer, spent today with friends, listening to tunes, eating food, smoking cigars, and drinking in the sun.

:( Smoking a foot long cigar that takes two hours to burn down is not pleasant in the cold :(

Not even on top of a ski slope? Smoking cigars outside = fail. I still smoke em, and they are crap to smoke outside, best inside tbh :)

I have mixed feelings the gf wears hardly anything to bed = win but she still wants to hug me as she sleeps = lose. Also i have no power shower atm and having some little tap splitter dribble on your head for the 3 showers you need a day is a joke. Car Park outside my work has zero cover so when i ger in my car its fookin boiling.

Might make me miserable but bring on the car scrapping weather,
