You have to make a never ending loop, when you fall out the sky portal (lets say blue), you will fall into the ground portal (orange).

Using the terminal velocity trick to pick up speed, fall through the Blue portal, now before you go into the Orange portal, put the blue one a little to the right. What you will do is fall upwards out of the Orange one.
