Recently activated Tartaros Gift on mum's cabby, now it's all of a sudden gone, and so are the scrolls and the artifact, and everything!
That's a bloody good deal

Hi there Tosen, Im just curious... you say you activated the artifact but then you say the scrolls are gone too! Surely if u activated the artifact you must have needed to use the scrolls at the same time to activate it?
Anyway if there is a problem i hope it can be resolved!

None set prolly just means they reset it and u can enter with just your Account Name? Dunno just a thought (ofc when u go in after u'd better set a password or summit )

Here's basically how it went:

1: Found scrolls, and /use to make book.
2: Buy artifact from market for 1plat.
3: Activate the artifact, tartaros gift.
4: Went to goblins to level it, but logged out due to server reset.
5: Logged in and found out, scrolls, money, and artifact was gone.
6: Made this thread

It's not so much that we lost the artifact, but if they had just rebooted to earlier stage so we still had the scrolls, they are damn expensive

Nope, you cannot enter the RightNow with no password

Im still abit confused with your explaination but it might be that your actions were cought in some wierd server Burp. Anyway People have lost levels in the rollback but I havnt heard of items disapearing, are you sure you didnt think it was a hershey bar and ate it?

No, the rightnow password is the game password you had at the time they resat all account passwords.
It's atleast not my gamepassword, coz I retyped it ~20 times...
And yea ppl have lost some power pots and stuff they have bought

Yeah I know the rightnow thingy is Very ODD *eyes the GoA server chewing on a cable* OI get off that *chases after the server with a rolled up newspaper*

I cant get on rightnow with the my First accounts Pw but my 3rd works fine. If you have more than 1 account try going through them. *drags the whimpering server by the tail back to its blanky* Now stay there!

I have 7 accounts, can only remember 1 of the passwords, and that's the one I just resat, to (none set).

the non set is probably because it isnt in the rightnow database thingy *GoA server is chewing innocently on a cd labeled BACKUP* so you have to find the other game passwords sorry

Guys we're looking into this stuff, if you can't get into RightNow to report it and you have multiple accounts try using the log in details for another account, if you have more than one account registered to a single email you'll only have one RightNow account.
If you still can't get into RightNow then get ahold of an EnE with the name of a character on Prydwen and the EnEs can pass it along to us and we can get your RightNOw accounts unstuck.

Failing all of the above email zenythe -at- you know the company name dot com

But I am making a request if you choose the last option, and pardon my language, however please don't take the p*ss with it, we are extraordinarily busy at the moment dealing with this stuff.

<hugs> After 1 hour or so of struggling with old post-its in my drawers and old stockings (!?), I found the rightnow password.
