Ye I mean who do they think they are providing me with the ability to pay Direct Debits and send standing orders, whilst buying stuff on the internet with credit! To top things off they give me interest on my savings!

What really grates me is that they do all this for FREE! I MEAN WHO THE FUCK DO THEY THINK THEY ARE!
