I have just spent 3 hours working on a word document and an error came up when I tried to save it, and then I thought I had saved it and closed it down. It is gone -is that it ?-is it gone forever?

It will be in your temp files, try not to use that pc don't turn it off. Google on another pc f you can for where to look for it.
