Actually been pretty much drowning myself in vodka based drinks since about 5:30pm. Funny as hell, told my friend how I felt about them then got laughed at. Great. Got to be in college for new ID tomorrow too. Yay.


EDIT: As a student, focusing after being drunk/hangover has come naturally, many Fridays (in this case.. I'm not in college) have I had to faked soberness, pays of well! Especially as I'm focusing on my keyboard and no my.. Uhh.. Wanting of nsfw things

Now I'm frantically applying to voulentary work, part time, vacational and graduate jobs. So far heard nothing. :S

Sometimes you get it, sometimes you don't. Sometimes you can't be arsed to try and try, sometimes you're back in the saddle and thrrow those emails and CV's around like candy from pinjatas.

What is MOST annoying is the people, who hear you've been unemployed for a year or so, and think and say; "You're lazy, you don't want a job, you're a bum, why don't you look for a job...."

I was so confident I'd get it I only applied to two places. Wanted to get a job then go travelling knowing I'd have the security of a job when I got back. Now everything has grinded to a halt for the mo.

I think theres a fair amount of employment avaliable but I don't want to be an accountant and I want to work fairly local.

I find it frustating I had the option of applying to everywhere under the sun or to try applying to two places really well. Fully prepare for the interviews and read up loads on them and made sure I really wanted the job. Just unlucky that two more experienced peeps went for the same opening, one with a phd.

Own game projects, drinking, designs, catching up on "mah seriesh!", drinking, having some "free time to smell the roses", drinking, writing up stuff and creating concepts to better my CV and...drinking

Basicly working more on my CV and personal projects(like fallout 2 modding).
