i did see a prog on the after effects of a nuclear war or testing of radiation on aircraft pilots to see if you could blow the planet up and get the planes back.
so they trained monkeys to use a joystick not unlike that you would have on your computer, but the monkeys were strapped to chair type things with a pivot at the base, the monkeys had to use the joystick to keep the chair horizontal, if the chairs moved from the horizontal the monkeys got a large electric shock. so the monkeys got good at doing this ok. next thing was they got 2 monkeys, well loads in fact, put then beside each other and got them to fly their chairs, but one of the monkeys had been given a leathal dose of radiation, so after a few hours the irradiated monkey could not keep his chair horizontal so the other monkey reaches over letting his own chair move from the horz. thus getting elec. shocks the monkey reached over and stroked the other monkeys face and then set the other monkeys chair to horz. and held it their whilst getting elec. shocks..... why do dolphins have big brains easy just ask.
