Theres a few types now, all varying in cost and difficulty, whats your poison?
Eg. full TOA, SCd only or hybrid SC and ToA?
Do you have any artis yet?
Are there any you want? Theres different ones like either Fools Bow or Braggarts Bow, Mariasha's Gloves or Madening Scalars, Guard of Valour or Scarab Vest etc etc.

It's not hard to make your own template, if you know what basic stuff you need. If you plan on going 'sniper' hunter, start with taking in braggart's bow, golden scarab vest, mariasha's gloves and you'll have a nice start, further golden spear and shades of mist and im sure i havent overcapped anything yet, then just try finding items giving cap increases and main resist and voila.

And why no arti bow, ain't they spose to be really good in seiging, specially
the dot on the fools bow

Using ML bow cuz of the speed, hits a bit harder than Fools Bow. I usually don't do any kinda siege damage/fights etc so it dosn't matter to me
Get Mariashes gloves and you have your DoT proc.
Edit: You might aswell want to get SoM and level it to 10 too. Battler is also a nice idea to have as lvl 10. For the charge/shade form. Just switch it.

bit late but:
speedex, 16% slash resistance = ouch. mid leather/studded is venerable to slash & heat, ie -10% base dmg so you're looking @ 6% slash resist, not a good idea, same with your heat resist, 21% is too low, becomes 11% with heat lgn wpn & then that gets debuffed!. imo, cap heat & slash resists
