Yep, Bush is certainly a bit thick, by the sound of those quotes. None too bright was the time he thought that the media wouldn't pick out what he uttered when he made that public speech.

My one memory of his inexperience was when he was asked on a TV interview, who the Prime Minster of Britain was. He responded that he didn't know. How many other world leaders does he not know the names of?
