Huge E-mail problem

I have a huge problem at the mo, I have a e-mail coming into my network only the person who sent it has sent it over 200 times over the last 2 days the problem is its backlogging all the impotant e-mails my company needs, I've contacted this person, and they said they will look into it, is there anything I can do on my end on my server that can clear these e-mails down.

I am using windows 2000 server and the mail server is Merak Mail server.

Depending on how important the message is. Can you not put a mail rule onto say not to download messages from a certain account. Then log into webmail and delete it ?

Managed to Fix the problem in the end.
