The cheese thing is a bit weird (hey, Dutch, we have to make allowances, its probably the drugs, or the inappropriate sex or some other national stereotype causing it), but HP is the king of breakfast condiments. I get all depressed when I'm staying in a nice hotel and they don't have it, because I so rarely treat myself to a cooked breakfast these days. And to be clear, HP, none of your Chef or Daddies or generic crap.
Why would anyone put anything on bacon - it needs no suace, ketchup or other forms of liquid.

English Mustard in a bacon sandwich. Now we're talking! Best thing ever. But not when im having an English breakfast. Then I don't add anything as it is pure heaven all on its own.
HP sometimes on egg , if im just having an egg on toast, but not very often.
Oh and also English Mustard on sausages if im having toad in the hole or sausages and mash.

Never tried Bacon Eggs and Cheese I may at the weekend with one of my special omelet / scrambled egg creation. So no answer to the poll but on a Bacon and Toast sandwich it is the only sauce worth talking about. On Sausage it is red sauce and mustard.
