Recently replaced our old and sturdy HP 6P at work with an LJ 1300. Right from the start of it's service life it's been leaving what I could only describe as tram lines on the reverse of the paper. Have tried a different print cartridge; have tried cleaning it extensively and even sent it back to HP for some work to be done on it (feeder made a grinding noise and started tearing the paper).
Does anyone have any experience of the LJ 1300? Has anyone ever experienced similar 'tram line' problems? Although it's a more up to date printer than our old 6P it doesn't appear to be anywhere near as reliable.
